Happy 21417!

Valentine's Day is my favorite holiday!  More than Christmas and slightly more than Halloween.  Lucky for us Isaac and I both had the day off today!  We started off the day with eating greasy pizza and drinking sodas, followed by heading to the Witte Museum where we played in the kids exhibit and learned more about San Antonio's rich history, then grocery shopping at Central Market where we picked up our usual dessert tarts, and wrapped up our day by heading to the library and checking out books and DVDs.  All-in-all an amazing Valentine's Day.

Goodwill San Antonio is having an Vday outfit contest and of course I had to compete!   Here's the deal: pick you date outfit from Goodwill, it has to be $10 or under, post it with #goodwilldate, and let's see who wins!  This is exactly what I've been preparing for!

The weather was a typical South Texas winter day-warm in the sunlight, freezing in the shadows.  So here was my #goodwilldate Day Date outfit:

• H&M lips purse: $3
• Bisou Bisou denim duster: $3

Okay, okay, with the accessories it comes out to over $10 BUT if you take them out then the grand total is $7.34!  How crazy is that?!  I'll keep y'all up to date with the contest results but I intend to win!  Here are a few pics from today:
